Product Description1) Brief review: Hydraulic active brake caliper is widely used for the emergency safety braking of the low-speed shaft of large and medium-sized cranes, port loading and unloading machinery hoisting and boom pitching mechanism. 4) Working principle:
When the hydraulic power pack supplies pressure oil to the brake oil cylinder under the command of the control system, push the piston to move and further compress the disc spring. Under the traction of the brake arm driven by the oil cylinder, the brake pad disengages from the brake disc and the braking torque is eliminated;
5) Precautions during installation
When the hydraulic station is connected to the oil return channel under the control of the system command, the pressure oil returns to the oil tank of the hydraulic station under the action of the disc spring, the piston and piston rod move to the brake disc side, and the disc spring force in the oil cylinder is transmitted to the brake disc through the brake arm to produce the specified braking torque.
